  • How to Register on SmartNet
    Click on the Sign Up Tab...
    1. Click on the Sign Up Tab
    2. Enter a valid email and other required details on the space provided
    3. Click on the Sign Up button
    4. Email verification is sent to you
    5. Check your email inbox or junk folder and click on the verify button to complete the registration
    6. You can now start using SmartNet web!

  • How to Resend Email Verification Link
    Enter username and password in the sign in tab...
    1. Enter username and password in the sign in tab
    2. System notifies that your account is still not yet verified
    3. Click the resend email verification link and reenter your username/email and click submit
    4. From your email folder, click the link sent by SmartNet
    5. Account will be automatically verified, as long as the email has not reached its expiry date.
  • How to Sign-in SmartNet
    Visit SmartNet.ph...
    1. Visit SmartNet.ph
    2. Enter your account/password in the space provided (Account = Email/verified Mobile Number)
    3. Once successfully signed in, you will be brought to the SmartNet Homepage

  • How To Sign In via Facebook or Twitter
    Before signing in via...
    1. Before signing in via your SNS account, make sure you have first linked it to your SmartNet account.
    2. To sign in via Facebook or Twitter, click on the Facebook or Twitter icons on the Sign in Page
    3. You will be asked to sign in with your existing username and passwords.
    4. After entering the information, you will be brought to the SmartNet Home Page

  • How to Update Your Status
    From your wall or home page...
    1. From your wall or home page, simply enter your update on the space provided.
    2. Once you finish, simply click on the Share button to update your status.
    3. You may also choose to share your status to your linked accounts by clicking on the Facebook or Twitter icons
    4. You may also choose to include a photo to your update. You may simply click on the add photo or camera icon.

  • How To Filter Your Feed
    At the home page, just click on the Filter you wish to apply...
    1. At the home page, just click on the Filter you wish to apply (SmartNet, Facebook or Twitter)
    2. Once you choose, then the News Feed will only display the feeds coming from the filter you chose.

  • How to Add Comments to Posts
    On your feeds, just click...
    1. On your feeds, just click on the comment link under each post to start entering your comment.
    2. To submit, just press the Enter button of the keyboard.
    3. You can also add comments from the Single Post View or from posts on Wall Pages.

      Note: Comments will always be placed where the post was cross-posted (assuming that you have linked your SNS accounts)

  • How to View a Single Post (or How to View All Comments)
    On your feeds, just click on the time stamp...
    1. On your feeds, just click on the time stamp or click on the View All Comments link(if available) to get into the single post view.
    2. Once you click on it, you will be brought to the single post view

  • How to View Notifications
    To see your notifications at any time...
    1. To see your notifications at any time, simply click on the Notifications icon on the Main Navigation at any time.
    2. Clicking on it once will show you the latest notifications received which have not been viewed.
    3. To see all notifications, click again on the link specified on the latest notifications list.
  • How to View Your Wall
    To see your wall, just click on the Me...
    1. To see your wall, just click on the Me Icon.
  • How to View Your Profile Info
    To see your profile info, you have to be...
    1. To see your profile info, you have to be on your Wall.
    2. From your wall, you can simply click on the Info link on the left-side navigation to view your profile.

  • How to View You Account Settings
    To see your Account settings...
    1. To see your Account settings, just click on the Settings icon on the top bar.
    2. Choose Accounts from the drop down menu.

  • How to Change Password
    To change your password, navigate to ...
    1. To change your password, navigate to your account settings.
    2. Click on change password
    3. You will be prompted to enter your old password and new password
    4. Once successfully validated by the system, password will be automatically changed.
  • How to search friends
    Type in name on the search bars...
    1. Type in name on the search bar
    2. Click the magnifying glass icon
    3. Search results will be shown below
